The building has been recently remodeled and feels very clean. I enjoy the amenities, and the space that I have. The 1 bedroom unit is a perfect size and layout. I especially enjoyed the option to select a wall color in advance of moving in to help make the place my own. Additionally, the staff is responsive and nice.

Reside has been the best moving decision I have made so far in Chicago. I'm always extremely impressed on how much they are doing for their residents and really show they care. I feel like they really want to keep a community and not have an constant overturn in tenants like other management companies do.

My stay has been very nice maintenance and office staff are quick to talk and resolve issues very quickly. I was not too pleased when pets were allowed into the building, but on the whole it has not been a bother to me. Even the laundry room has improved significantly. I have no complaints after 17 years of living here.

I love living at Reside on Barry, mainly because of the personnel. The front office staff are friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is kind and often go out of their way to open doors for me. The building itself is also great - quiet, friendly residents, clean, well maintained. Couldn't be happier that we decided to move in to this community.

The building is in a great neighborhood and both the in-house management and maintenance staff are excellent! The outdoor patio is a real plus as it includes gas grills and a generous eating/entertaining area.

The community is great because it's young professionals and young families, who live and work together. The building itself is very quality made. Has gym, WiFi, bike room, parking in a popular neighborhood. Most importantly it's very affordable for lower income residents, who are in need to live in the Neighboorhood, where they work and go to school.

We have been extremely satisfied with Reside living. My boyfriend suggested we look at Reside apartment when we moved in together because he had rented with them before and loved it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew is responsive and does a great job. Our building is always clean and the amenities can't be beat. We love it here and would recommend Reside to anyone looking to get their money's worth in a great apartment community!
